Our History
We opened our doors in 1999, during the height of the dot.com era. Our founding principals, David Bonifacic, Vincent Warner, and Peter Dussault, worked on a project to enable Verizon to compete in the long-distance market. The project meant a long road trip to the NFL cities around the country.
And as road trips often do, their travels inspired an idea about business – their idea was that the market was missing an MEP company that could respond to the fast pace of the dot.com clients and approach the design of engineering systems with a business mind. They knew they could fill that gap. So WB was founded.
While our client list has grown since 1999, how we do business hasn't changed much. Our technology is better now. Our team and our number of offices and services have grown, too. But we've stayed true to our entrepreneurial roots. We have, and always will rely on, our core values of quality, extreme ownership, and teamwork.
To avoid the worst impacts of climate change, the international community set a goal of reaching net-zero emissions by 2050.

Our Energy & Sustainability team has helped clients develop and implement strategies to achieve their goals of reducing energy usage, carbon emissions and improving their ESG scores.
